Meditation and Dhamma

pink/red separator

We are very pleased to be collaborating with Reusi Bhalacandra who has kindly offered LITYM students and other invited guests the chance to study meditation and Dhamma with him.

During each session he will take students through Thai traditional meditation and important Buddhist teachings, over a series of 5 lessons.

All of the 5 sessions will be carried out remotely through an online platform so that we can participate from home. We encourage each student to commit to and show up online as they would in class, but if any need to be missed the lessons will be available for a few days afterwards.

It is important for practitioner’s of the Thai healing arts to bring Dhamma into our daily lives as well as into our medicine practice. These Buddhist teachings are important self-care and will help better understand the medicine we love and practice, giving us a much deeper understanding.

Each lesson will be 1.5 hours long from 8 pm to 9.30 pm.

There will be a short question and answer session at the end of each lesson.
